Description
Our kiln dried logs are an economical way to fuel you fire because they have a lower moisture content, meaning less energy is required to burn off residual moisture and therefore more energy is converted into heat. Kiln drying ensures our logs have an average moisture content of less than 20% and are ready for immediate use in wood-burners’ multi fuel stoves, pizza ovens and fire pits.
All out timber is locally sourced from local estates and forestry contractors where sustainable forest management is in place. We always try our utmost to source locally it cuts down on the haulage of the timber to our yard.
Your logs will be delivered as a loose load and tipped out, please note the size of the load specified is of loose logs, when stacked 1m³ can be as low as 0.6m³ depending on how tightly stacked.
